LAS VEGAS – Brayden Burries dropped a game-high 27 points, including the game-winning layup in the final seconds, to help the Bucks defeat the 76ers, 96-94, in their 2026 Las Vegas Summer League finale on Saturday. Burries, the No. 10 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, knocked down 9 of his 18 shots and dished out five assists in 28 minutes.
Milwaukee grabbed an early 28-22 advantage after the opening quarter, but the Sixers responded to sneak a 51-50 lead into the halftime break. Philadelphia and Milwaukee exchanged blows in the second half, with both teams taking two separate leads. The Sixers took a 74-69 edge into the final frame, but the Bucks poured in the first 10 points of the fourth to secure a lead they would never relinquish.
The Bucks’ second 2026 lottery pick Nate Ament (No. 13 overall) tallied nine of his 12 points in the first quarter. He finished 5-for-10 from the field with seven rebounds. Kam Jones (pick No. 38 in the 2025 NBA Draft) flashed with 12 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals for Milwaukee. Pete Nance provided 11 points, while John Butler Jr. chipped in 10 points (3-3 FGs) off the bench.
Gerald Ayayi paced five Sixers in double-figures scoring with 22 points on 7-for-13 shooting. Dante Maddox Jr. and Nick Townsend each scored 15 points apiece. Isaac Johnson and Mylik Wilson supplied 10 points each. Both squads wrapped up Summer League play with 2-3 records.
